Can't use a word to dicribe how delicious of Big cage crab ~~~ 不能用文字形容大閘蟹的美味~~~


今年一直到冬天都有大閘蟹吃, 但真的時機很重要 , 一過了12月, 美味大減 ~~~
今天我倆淺嚐了4隻 , 已經足夠了, 一次吃太多反而不好.

Homemade Butterfly Cracker (Palmier) ~~ my comfort food !! 我的超簡單美味療傷美食{蝴蝶酥}

每個人都有自己的療傷美食, 當你在不開心或不順利的一天, 這些美食會帶給你很多歡樂 , 也可以慰藉心靈. 通常這些都是媽媽小時候煮的, 或者是跟好朋友吃過的. 那一次的經驗讓你開心所以記起來, 就變成你的療傷美食了.


Each person has their own comfort food, when you are not happy or do not go well one day, these dishes will bring you a lot of joy , comfort the soul . Usaully these are mother's childhood cook , or eat with good friends had that first experience make you happy so remember , it becomes your comfort food .

當我心情不好時, 我會喜歡一些甜食, 當然也要很容易很快就煮好 . 相信我, 在那時候你不會願意花4小時來煮菜 . 所以呢, 我經常收集一些簡單的食譜以備不時之需.......哈哈 !!

Sometimes , I like to eat something sweet once I got a bad mood , but it should be easy to cook , trust me , you don't want to spent 4hours to prepare food at that moment,  that's why I always collect easy to cook recipes just for emergency ~~~

酥皮會是我的首選, 原則上你只要從冰箱拿出來把它放到烤箱15分鐘 , 灑一些糖就已經是很不錯的甜點了, 豪華些, 可以伴一球ice-cream 或whipping cream . 美味 !! 心情馬上好起來.
Pastry is my first choice for easy cooking , you can just easy to cut the pastry then put it into the oven for 15 minutes , eat together with ice-cream or whipping cream or just dip some Bailey wine . So easy So tasty , your mood with getting better and better !!!!

蝴蝶酥也是非常簡單的recipe , 過程很簡單 , 主要注意爐溫不要烤焦就可以了. 把酥皮從冰箱取出要儘快灑下砂糖跟肉框粉折起來, 切成1.5公分的厚度, 就可以去烤囉, 等15分鐘就可以吃了.


Palmier or called butterfly cracker is also easy to cook , only need to beware the temperature of the pastry , after get from the refrigerator , you need to fast moving to put crystal sugar & cinnamon then fold and cut , otherwise the pastry will too sticky on your table .

美食 : 偶爾放縱肚皮 ~ Tiger Prawn risotto 大蝦義大利飯

在家煮通常都以中餐為主, 偶爾男友下廚煮一頓西餐, 通常會有驚喜 !!



We mostly cook Chinese food at home , occasional he will cook western food usually there will be surprises !

最近嘗過朋友煮的Tiger Prawn risotto 大蝦義大利飯 , 實在是好吃到沒話說,
心情也非常愉快 , 因為不用我煮, amazing !!



He cook a Tiger Prawn risotto for me , it;s really delicious , also give me a good mood , I just seat and wait for eat , Good !!






最好吃的是蝦頭煎到有些焦, 非常香酥; 正宗risotto 應該要有咬口, 做到中間心有小小趙頭, 但我們不喜歡 , 所以自己煮的時候煮軟一些, 各人口味不同啦, 加了cheese 及cream 的飯也非常好吃,而用蔬菜湯取代了傳統的雞湯也減少了一些油膩感, 配上一杯白酒及一份green salad就是豐富的晚餐囉 .



The most best part is the prawn skin a little bit scorch , smell good , very crispy . The traditional risotto need a little bit hard in the middle , but we like it more soft , so it's the best for DIY cooking , you can do it what you want . He use vegetable broth to replace the chicken broth , so light . Come with a cup of white wine and green salad , what a plentiful dinner .

各位喜歡risotto 的朋友也可以在家試煮, 男朋友 / 女朋友 一定會好驚訝 , 從而增進感情 , 多好!!

今天天氣真妙 !! 居然從30度的夏天一下轉到20度的深秋, 還加送忽大忽小的雨點.
大自然真的變幻莫測 !! 但我今天還是堅持跑完我的5km . 回家時淋得一身濕........

Today weather is really cute ....... Actually go to about 20 degrees from 30 degrees in the summer in late autumn , threw suddenly small raindrops .Nature is really unpredictable , just like life ^^ Although the weather is cute , well , I keep my 5KM today , get wet !!
去過新加坡可能有20次啦,為啥喜歡去新加坡 ? 可能跟喜歡去日本的人一樣, 每個人總有喜歡再次到訪的理由 , 之前可以一年去2次, 但近年次數減少了 ....... 味道變了, 食物變了, 主要還是匯率變太多了..........
I might been to Singapore for 20 more times , why likes Singapore ? No reason , just likes !!
Singapore change faster , taste , food , even the living standard is higher a lots now .

新加坡機場有我喜歡的員工餐廳 , 更有我喜歡的Pandan Cake , 不是超級好吃, 就是吃過後有感情 , 雖然價錢已翻了一倍, 但每次上機前還是忍不住買一堆回香港 !!

In Singapore airport , we have a best kept secret , it's their staff restaurant , the food is delicious than outside , every time we landing , we will run to there and eat a lot !!
Also the Pandan cake is great , my first Pandan cake is starting from there , lots of emotions .
Even the price is get higher now , I can't resist buy a bunch back home . Hehe ....^^

為了一解我為食貓的胃口, 試過多個Pandan Cake食譜 , 在屢敗屢戰下, 终試驗出我最喜愛及最接近新加坡機場的那一個, 鬆軟的質感 , 滿滿的椰子及班蘭的香氣, 重點是, 成本並不高, 我試過用日本蛋/ 美國蛋及泰國蛋, 發現味道差異不大, 所以做這個蛋糕買便宜的蛋即可 .

To fulfill my stomach , I learned how to bake Pandan cake myself , I did try many recipes to find out which is my favorites . Then I made it . The texture is so soft just like heaven , rich coconut & pandan favor , smell so good , also I less the sugar , I don't like too sweet !!
最辛苦是打發蛋白一環, 每次我打一半都要情商大隻佬幫忙 , 你打幾下我打幾下才達到滿意狀態 , 所以建議還是買個kitchen machine 啦, 攪打不費力.

The harder part is to flow the egg white , from liquid to solid , need about 30 minutes , I can't finish by myself , every time I call help from him, so I gotta to buy a kitchen machine to make it easier .

~ 減肥中最愛~ @輕怡簡單易做的義大利香草麵包@ Easy & light Foccacia , weight lose love~~

一般做麵包需要比較長的時間 , 所以臨時想吃通常都是上街去買, 但最近看書認識到一種香草麵包配料簡單易取只需要2個小時就可以做好烤好, 就是義大利香草麵包, 而且不胖因為用上了olive oil 取代牛油, 所以絕對是減肥人最愛.

最近做了一個, 我加了parsley 及rosemary 來增加香氣, 單吃或配菜都很好吃. 或你喜歡加其他例如洋蔥 , 蒜蓉或煙肉都可以 , 都一樣好吃.



Mostly , baking bread need a long time like half day , if I want to have bread for my meal I will buy from outside , it's easy . As I read from cook book that Focaccia no need 2 hour to prepare & bake , so I decided to learn it .

I baked one with parsley & rosemary , to enhance the favor , or you can add everything , even you can add the onion or garlic or bacon , it's flexible & the taste is really good .

Foccacia only seasoned by olive oil and salt , it's light and low calorie , suitable for weight lose . Easy , Healthy and Yummy , you should try it .
