~ 減肥中最愛~ @輕怡簡單易做的義大利香草麵包@ Easy & light Foccacia , weight lose love~~

一般做麵包需要比較長的時間 , 所以臨時想吃通常都是上街去買, 但最近看書認識到一種香草麵包配料簡單易取只需要2個小時就可以做好烤好, 就是義大利香草麵包, 而且不胖因為用上了olive oil 取代牛油, 所以絕對是減肥人最愛.

最近做了一個, 我加了parsley 及rosemary 來增加香氣, 單吃或配菜都很好吃. 或你喜歡加其他例如洋蔥 , 蒜蓉或煙肉都可以 , 都一樣好吃.



Mostly , baking bread need a long time like half day , if I want to have bread for my meal I will buy from outside , it's easy . As I read from cook book that Focaccia no need 2 hour to prepare & bake , so I decided to learn it .

I baked one with parsley & rosemary , to enhance the favor , or you can add everything , even you can add the onion or garlic or bacon , it's flexible & the taste is really good .

Foccacia only seasoned by olive oil and salt , it's light and low calorie , suitable for weight lose . Easy , Healthy and Yummy , you should try it .
