soul . Usaully these are mother's childhood cook , or eat with good friends

Palmier with sugar
當我心情不好時, 我會喜歡一些甜食, 當然也要很容易很快就煮好 . 相信我, 在那時候你不會願意花4小時來煮菜 . 所以呢, 我經常收集一些簡單的食譜以備不時之需.......哈哈 !!
Sometimes , I like to eat something sweet once I got a bad mood , but it should be easy to cook , trust me , you don't want to spent 4hours to prepare food at that moment, that's why I always collect easy to cook recipes just for emergency ~~~
酥皮會是我的首選, 原則上你只要從冰箱拿出來把它放到烤箱15分鐘 , 灑一些糖就已經是很不錯的甜點了, 豪華些, 可以伴一球ice-cream 或whipping cream . 美味 !! 心情馬上好起來.
Pastry is my first choice for easy cooking , you can just easy to cut the pastry then put it into the oven for 15 minutes , eat together with ice-cream or whipping cream or just dip some Bailey wine . So easy So tasty , your mood with getting better and better !!!!
蝴蝶酥也是非常簡單的recipe , 過程很簡單 , 主要注意爐溫不要烤焦就可以了. 把酥皮從冰箱取出要儘快灑下砂糖跟肉框粉折起來, 切成1.5公分的厚度, 就可以去烤囉, 等15分鐘就可以吃了.
Palmier or called butterfly cracker is also easy to cook , only need to beware the temperature of the pastry , after get from the refrigerator , you need to fast moving to put crystal sugar & cinnamon then fold and cut , otherwise the pastry will too sticky on your table .
