紙包蛋糕是每一個香港人都吃過的蛋糕 , 甚至是我們那個年代很多香港小朋友第一次品嚐的蛋糕 , 簡單, 真的是很簡單, 就是麵粉 , 雞蛋 , 水跟砂糖 , 外加一個烤箱就可以完成 . 但小時候就是愛它 , 每到下課一定吵著媽媽去買一個.

長大了, 多久沒嚐過紙包蛋糕 ? 每次要買的時候 , 都被外面花花世界裡頭其他五彩繽紛的蛋糕吸引了眼球 , 最終這個簡簡單單又健康的蛋糕 , 又再一次被我們遺忘了.

很高興在internet 找到這個食譜 , 讓我重溫小時候的簡單快樂 , 也許我做的這個紙包蛋糕跟小時間吃的味道並非全然相同, 但我享受製造的過程, I really love it .
