Can't use a word to dicribe how delicious of Big cage crab ~~~ 不能用文字形容大閘蟹的美味~~~


今年一直到冬天都有大閘蟹吃, 但真的時機很重要 , 一過了12月, 美味大減 ~~~
今天我倆淺嚐了4隻 , 已經足夠了, 一次吃太多反而不好.


Due to the transportation is much more convience than before , we can taste worldwide food all the time , even the seasoning ingredient just like "Big Cage Crab" , we can have it not just autumn but also the winter .

For me , I prefer right time for the right good , so timing is much important , it affect the taste , I like to have big cage crab before December .

Today we order 4 crab in restaurant , it taste good  .

我們獨愛蟹公, 喜歡軟軟的蟹膏, 白白的水晶狀更是我的最愛, 入口把整個嘴巴沾住, 好愛好愛.
同時蟹公的肉比母的結實很多, 一梳一梳的很清甜.

We like male crab , coz the crab roe is soft the meat is firm . Don't let off the crystal jelly , it's really tasty .

蟹母有人特喜歡 , 看到下圖那塊鹹蛋黃般的蟹膏嗎? 真的很像鹹蛋黃 , 但入口豐腴多了, 濃濃的蟹香. 但最好沾醋吃, 否則會太膩 .

Someone likes the female crab , can you see the orange crab roe below ? it's texture just like a salted egg yellow , some people is crazy on it . I recommend you dip some Chinese crab vinegar when you enjoy it , it can enhance the crab .
