超級美味的奄仔蟹,比大閘蟹有過之而無不~~Super delicous Virgin crab .




週日兩個愛吃人走呀走,去到香港出名漁村流浮山,先被眼前的美㬌吸引,何其寫意呀!海風吹來帶著鹹香,應該是生曬生蠔及蝦干發酵出的味道,一點都不討厭,可能就是新鮮的氣味吧!!
Sunday , walking to the famous fishing village of Lau Fau Shan in Hong Kong ! Sea breeze blowing with Salted , oysters and dried shrimps paste , smell fresh .


了流浮山就一定要吃海鮮啦,走進大街上最有名的一家,真不是蓋的,每道菜都好吃得出奇,今時今日菜館有一二道好吃已是萬幸,也許是我們運氣好吧!哈哈!
To Lau Fau Shan will definitely want to eat seafood , walked into the most famous one in the street , all delicious , each dish was surprisingly .

~~清蒸奄仔蟹,好吃到想死,蟹膏多到爆出來,有軟有硬,香濃滑,會讓你越吃越想吃,蟹肉更是清甜,一梳梳非常紥實。
~~ Steamed virgin crab , so so delicious, crab roe is soft and creamy , you can't stop to eat it more .

~~ 上湯焗龍蝦,蒜蓉是重點,帶出龍蝦本身的清甜
~~ Lobster with chicken broth , cover with golden & silver garlic , make the lobster more sweet .

~~ 豉椒蟶子及蒜子金腿菜心也非常好吃。

可惜我們肚子裝不下,下次一定會再去。期待中~~




~~ 煎金蠔,流浮山特產,師傅廚藝非凡,煎到外脆內軟,沾糖食一絕
~~ Pan fried half dried Oyster , this is the specialty in Lau Fau Shan , only found in here , dip with sugar , Yummy .



清蒸奄仔蟹

Steamed Virgin crab , only available from each year April to November , the taste even better than Big Cage Crab .
