~ 天堂般美食美景滑雪之旅~ {佐幌Sahoro CLUB MED 2nd days 第二天}


第一天到了已很晚, 9:00就入睡 (年紀大了, 奔波了一天後要早睡~~ 嘻嘻!!)
第二天起個大早, 6:00就起來, 剛好來得及迎接日出, wow , 雪地上的日出呢......對我們來說一輩子不知道可以看幾回.

The first day arrives quite late , 9:00 pm we go sleep
The next day got up early, at 6:00 am , just in time to greet the sunrise , wow, snow sunrise ...





先說明一下CLUB MED 是一價全包, 所以早中晚已包含在旅費內, 就是天天都吃到飽, 胖死人不償命囉 .
We joined CLUB MED is all inclusive package , so including Breakfast , Lunch & Dinner . Much you can eat .

(1) Breakfast : 7:00~10:00 在Main restaurant 用日式及歐陸式 Buffet
(2) Lunch    :   12:00~2:30 在Main restaurant 用日式及歐陸式 Buffet
(3) Dinner :6:00~9:00 在Main restaurant 用日式及歐陸式 Buffet 以及
可以選擇在Mina Mina 享用Hot pot buffet (只有hot pot 可吃,以下有介紹)
而Mina Mina 只有二,四,五開,而且要事先訂位才可以吃, 在Main restaurant 不用訂位, 走進去坐下來就直接吃了.

(1) Breakfast : 7:00~10:00 in Main restaurant Japanese & Buffet European
(2) Lunch : 12:00~2:30 in Main restaurant Japanese & Buffet European
(3) Dinner :6:00~9:00 in Main restaurant Japanese & Buffet European or you can choose Mina Mina Hoppot , only Mina Mina need to do reservation 1day before and not open daily .
Breakfast & Lunch held on the main restaurant , dinner have 2 places , you can go main restaurant enjoy the buffet or go Mina Mina enjoy the Japanese Shabu Shabu (Mina Mina only open on Tuesday , Thursday & Friday , need do reservation)

P.S. : 我們是只有第二天去試了Mina Mina 後, 之後沒再去過, 因為真的太淡了, 海鮮只有蛤蜊(蜆)及幾種魚片及蔬菜 , 不適合我們這些習慣濃味的城市人 . 而螃蟹拼盤是要另外收費 JPY3000 , 一點都不便宜........ (後來幾天在Main restaurant 吃根本就不用錢, 隨你拿 ^^)

P.S.: We're not much enjoy Mina Mina , so we only try it once , maybe it's taste too light for us . Mina Mina only have clam & fish & vegetables , the crab plates need to be extra charges JPY3000 .

從房間看出去就是這個view , 早上的晨曦照在雪地上 , 美美的. 肚子也咚咚的響 , 走, 出發吃第一頓早餐 ~~~

第一天想說, 簡單的吃一下, 麵包每款都好吃,  都是歐式的做法 , 不油較有口感; 每天都有omelett , 今天是蘑菇omelett , 濃濃的菇香氣; 豆腐也是北海道名物, 我們簡單的加上柴魚醬油及一點點姜蓉 , 果真是好豆腐 , 應該是手工做的, 因為質感很粗糙 , 黃豆香氣足; 青菜是每天不缺少的, 而北海道的農產品真的很優秀 , 蕃茄更是一絕, 容後再介紹 .
We like to eat less & light at the first day , so we try bread , most of the bread looks good and taste good , I like Europe style bread , tofu with soy sauce & ginger is so Japanese style , we like it . Omelet with mushroom is moisture & creamy , also the tomatoes is really good , rich of tomato flavor , so sweet !!!
 

吃飽先勘察一下附近的環境 , 總共有17條滑雪道, 我們這次應該只滑了4~5條.
3成4個階級 , 初級是坐登山吊車, 中級是用登山繩索 , 高級是坐登山纜車 (我們是菜鳥, 當然是沒機會到這一級囉~~) 

After breakfast , we go look around the ski runs , they have 17 runs for advanced & beginner skiers , of course we only can try 4~5 , co'z we really a beginner's beginner . But Club Med is sweet , if there is something might be dangerous , like a cliff , they often put a fence around it . And all the runs is carefully marked on the SKI map , you won't go to the wrong runs .

吃完早餐 , 8:30 準時到Ski shop 租借用具, 我們只租了雪靴 , 雪橇 二樣, 其他有自備 ; 早上9:15 跟EMIKO 老師寒暄做熱身身, 開始上課到中午11:45 休息吃午餐到1:45 再開始上課到下午5:00 ; 因為太菜, 兼顧不了拍照 , 所以照片從缺了.........^^

after Breakfast, we go to Ski shop rental appliances at 8:30am , we rent snow boots & sled , and other self-provided ; at 9:15 am with EMIKO Tutor warm up the body to begin classes , up to 11:45 noon rest lunch to 1:45 and then begin classes to 5:00 pm ; because we really beginner , we can't take care the camera , so no photos ......... ^ ^


滑了一天的雪,  要好好吃一頓補充體力, 今天訂了Mina Mina , 來到才知道是二合一吃法, 一開始先吃蒸海鮮 , 把中間隔層拿走之後才變成吃火鍋 .
3種醬料普遍偏淡 , 分別是七味粉, 香菜+醬油 , 最後是芝麻醬.

After SKI whole day , nothing better than a delicious meal , today we booked the Mina Mina , it's steam & hotpot 2in 1 , began to eat steamed seafood, take away the middle compartment into eating hot pot .

Three kinds of sauces are generally subdued , , Japanese 7 Spice powder , coriander + soy sauce, and finally is a sesame paste .

這個蓋子很妙, 折平了就是盤子; 看到冒煙就可以開蓋吃囉 !!!

This cover is so cute , when you fold it , it can become a plate . After you saw the steam come out , open the cover enjoy it .


噔噔噔噔 !!!!! 打開就是這個模樣, 我們的結論是真的很淡, 魚肉都是乾乾的, 不知這吃法是誰發明的.

Open the cover like this , but the fish is too dry and non juicy , we don't like it .

因為魚肉不喜歡 , 所以一直在吃蛤蜊(蜆) , 肥美沒砂, 好吃 ~~~

The clam is better than the fish , we ate alot !!
 
 這就是另外收費的JPY3000 的螃蟹盤啦, 材料還蠻豐富的了, 有很多的生蠔 . 干貝 (帶子) 及蟹腳 . OK 好吃啦. 但可以是湯底真的太淡, 所以帶不出海鮮的鮮味.  

We pay additional JPY3000 for the crab plate , wow !! It's so eye catching . Fresh oysters , scallops & crab , due to the broth is too light for us , so we think the crab plate is so so.

整晚最喜歡是這個用最後剩餘火鍋湯汁煮出來的麵, 日本人還是拉麵最強, Yeah !!

Our favorite is the last remaining hot pot broth to cook Ramen , Japanese Ramen is the strongest . Yummy !!
