^^ My first Homemade Strawberry Crispy Napoleon ~ @自家製草莓拿破崙千層酥@
從來都認為做酥皮是困難的, 所以一直不敢嘗試 , 直到去中環cooking class 的廚師指導後, 發覺做酥皮並不是太困難 , 只是比較花時間而已 , 只要耐心地一步一步做, 成功率應該有9成以上呢.
以第一次來看, 這次的成果我非常滿意 , 酥皮夠酥, 擺放了半日依然酥脆. custard 打得夠滑, 甜度適中, 配上草莓的酸香中和了整個味蕾 , 好好吃.
拿破崙蛋糕小百科:
(法文:Mille-feuille),又稱拿破崙酥、法式千層酥,是一種法國起源的普遍千層酥。
I never try bake Pastry before , I think it's really diffcult . I have a opportunity to learn from Central cooking class , Chef teaching me step by step , now I'm so proud to say : pastry is easy . My first bake pastry is crunchy , custard is so smooth and strawberry a little bit sour , combined is perfect match .
The mille-feuille :

這次試做是3層拿破崙 , 已經幾乎沒辦法一口咬下, 我每次看回照片都流口水的.
I baked 3 layers Napoleon this time , a little bit tall that I can't bike it......Yummy .
從這個切面可以看出我這次做的酵皮是有一些些厚度的,所以不會入口即化, 反而有些咬勁, 中間部份有一點介於蛋糕及麵包的感覺 , 好好吃.
From this side cut , you can see the pastry is thicker than others , the texture is between cake & bread , so nice , Yummy !!!
